Things are getting interesting.

I’ve enjoyed how this series has progressed. It was nice meeting some new characters too. Hazel she is certainly different than Aspen and I found it fun to see how Val handled all of it. If you enjoy insta love, and a quick enjoyable read about dragons, look no further.

I listened to the audiobook at a 2.0x speed. The narrator uses a variety of inflections and I found it easy to follow along and listen to.

New characters, secrets and lies.

Oh my gosh, I was dreading this one. It had me in tears, I've never wanted to jump into a story to protect a character so much. Hazel and Valentine are both wonderful characters with great personalities, the storyline was both exciting and heartbreaking for me. One of my favourite characters didn't fair well, I was hoping there would be some surprise twist. Still I love this series, I never thought I'd say this. I don't usually read shifter stories, but this is my first and it's on my list of favourites. I think it's even better than the thorn chronicles, which is more my kind of genre.
