very well for diet

This book helped me discover my love for plant-based eating. While I was exploring veganism as part of living a healthier lifestyle, this book provided me with many fun recipes, easy-to-follow instructions, and different tips on maintaining proper nutrition.

A lot of trouble to test her recipes

The author has obviously gone to a lot of trouble to test her recipes. Everyone I have tried has worked perfectly. My favorites are the kale chips and seed bread. The recipes are strong on basics, leaving plenty of room for flavor creativity.

This cookbook is awesome! Someone else mentioned that there shouldn’t be information on the Keto and specifically the Keto Vegan diet and how it works. I disagree! I found it extremely helpful and left me well informed to move forward with this diet.

The plants are your health.

There is great information on the benefits of plants for foods, for healing, and for maintaining a healthy body. The spices section allows you to kick up each meal to a new level. Her sneaky tricks to maintain your diet is ingenious and I will be doing several of these for weight control. Amazing collection of equations with detail information needs to know to set them up agreeably keeping all the essential sustenance blasting at the creases with mind blowing taste including. I need to know about how to prepare healthy food for my family and stay healthy are already included and well illustrated inside. I was so happy to see all the recipes are new to me.
