Great book for beginner vegans and cooks

There are some dynamite recipes in there , in every recipe.! He starts with the basics like stock or specific spice combos and ends with yummy desserts. I was really drawn to the multi-layered courses that cook at the same time in the IP. Very cool.

Easy Vegan meals perfection

The meals are delicious and easy. As a mom of three, those have been life savers. Also, I love that these recipes aren’t laden with dairy. I don’t have a dairy sensitivity, but sometimes I feel like some recipes are cheese on cheese on cream.

Delicious recipes and easy to follo

An excellent content guidebook from the Author. This book was a good wake up call to start eating more healthy. I look forward to trying out some of these healthy, creative, and seemingly tasty recipes.A painless plan to wean yourself off of animal products! I would recommended this to anyone who is starting out and wanting to learn the basics.

Great recipes.

It's difficult to find a structure that works when trying to eat healthier, especially as a vegan. This listen is a lifesaver and has added some variety into my diet. I also learned some new and helpful overall health information. I'm happy I stumbled across such a magnificent find.

Don’t listen to this book, rather but it and read it yourself to remain interested!

The reader of this book sounds bored, distracted and at points ‘under the influence’ of a glass or two of wine.
It is such a shame that all these great recipe ideas have been read with little engagement with the reader. I could do a better job, and I’d do it for free if it got more people eating vegan meals!

Easy to understand!

I truly love this Extreme Weight Loss Hypnosis Confidence it has helped me to unwind and to simply end the day on a high note rather than simply crushing myself. To the extent the weight reduction goes I have quite recently begun utilizing this and have been progressively propelled to work out, eat right and stress less so I get it is working.
