good to breeze through the options

to be fair, I have not tried any of the recipes yet, but found it difficult without an accompanying PDF nor website.
narration was well done.
this book is not complete without a recipe book, pictures, videos, a website, substitutes, etc.
it served my purpose as I was trying to just get my feet wet.
maybe someone who has years of experience would have an easier time

I loved once more and trying to tweak the recipes I didn’t like to my tastes. This cookbook has changed the way I grocery shop – I buy frozen vegetables, beans, sweet potatoes, spices, and dinner for the whole week is pre-planned! Never before the vegan diet has been easier for me.
