Publisher's Summary

The dark and mysterious Saxon Montague is Hollywood’s most sought-after movie director. Savvy and brilliant, she is a rising talent - and secretly, a 200-year-old vampire. When circumstances force her to fulfill her studio contract and make one more film, she is not happy with the script. In fact, a vampire thriller is the last thing she wants to direct.

At 38, Faye Stapleton knows her movie career is at a crossroads. Quickly becoming too old to be America’s rom-com sweetheart, she yearns to play a serious role. When the opportunity to star in the next Saxon Montague movie comes, she jumps at it.

When the two women meet, their chemistry is electric. Tensions mount as each woman struggles to control their mutual desires. When their passions and secrets collide, both quickly realize not everything is as it appears and that following their hearts could lead them into disaster.

Seriously very bad narration!

I loved the story but I couldn’t focus on anything cuz of the narration! Please choose a better narrator next time cuz it’s really a waste for a nice story to lose stars over such bad narration!
I’m returning this and buying the kindle edition!

Yikes

Well, I just don’t even know what to say. The story was ok. Narrator was bad. The ending was not good. I do not recommend this title. Pick one of her other books. They are way better.

Venandi: A Fantastic Read

Venandi by KC Luck is another World Class Story by an incredible author! I already loved KC Luck’s Series titled the Lesbian Billionaires Club for the fabulous characters and hot, erotic, sex scenes when my LGBQT Lit Club suggested a vampire story to which I said are you kidding? Then I looked and saw the author was KC Luck and told them we absolutely have to read this because it is going to have incredible characters, and steamy, x-rated sex scenes and KC Luck certainly delivered with both Saxon Monaque and Faye! Couldn’t have asked for a more fun, interesting, story spanning different cities, centuries, people and history! This story and the characters just sucked me in and I didn’t want to put the audio book down! And the narration by Violet Dixon to what was an incredibly romantic story was sexy, sexy, sexy! I loved, loved, loved Violet Dixon’s differentiation of characters intonations and the way in which the story was read!! Both KC Luck and Violet Dixon deserve 10 stars for this book, storyline and audio! I highly recommend anything written by KC Luck who just grabs your attention from the beginning with her characters and scenes and never leaves you hanging!

Sexy queer vampires

Sexy, sensual, and romantic. The story was simple and entrancing. The narrator was wonderful and a great fit for this book - her voice is undeniably sexy (and I would gladly listen to her read the phone book) but she struck the perfect balance that kept my focus on the story.

dont waste a credit or your money

this book was a huge disappointment. 1 moderately steamish love scene. the narrator had no passion and the story was easy to guess.

More than just a vampire story

I loved the story and the narration was a perfect fit. I liked the way Saxton's back story is worked throughout the book as you learn about old love as new love develops. And I always enjoy a little bit of the unexpected. This one is worth the credit for sure.

Fun & Sexy

I really enjoyed this! It was a fun, sexy story, with an interesting twist, and I thought the narrator was a great match for the material.

just meh.

Venandi is an insta-love supernatural romance that seemed like it still needed some polish. The characters weren't very well fleshed out. The story seemed disjointed, and rushed.
