Absolutely amazing cannot recommend enough!!

I am always looking for ways to work on this, and author write with heart and soul. It's easy and even enjoyable listen , and he really knows his stuff. I'm half way through now and have already had so many good moments, I would highly recommend it.

This is a great audio-book for mental health

This is a great audio-book for mental health clinicians as well as for people suffering from anxiety. The author does a great job explaining causes of anxiety, as well as laying out some really helpful strategies and suggestions for decreasing symptoms. A good listen for therapists and clients alike!

Invaluable

It is a bit technical at times, as some readers complain - but it's mostly written in a pleasant, conversational tone, so just skim over the parts that look dry to you, and stick with it until you get to the exercises. It will be well worth it! And don't miss the "emergency relief" section at the very end - it's very useful!

This audio-book is full of good techniques

I can't praise this audio-book highly enough. As someone who has lived with chronic anxiety I can honestly say that this audio-book has really made me think again about how i have managed my condition. This audio-book clear and heartfelt approach really disarmed my anxiety.

I feel like many other mental health resources are very clinical and very distant from the reader, but this audio-book is very relatable and insightful.

I've subtracted a star only because I think the audio-book would benefit from being professionally proofread and edited - there are typos, misspellings and unnecessary capitalization throughout the audio-book.
