Publisher's Summary

Elise Grayson has it all. Money, looks, a comfortable home in an upscale Boston neighborhood, and the social status her family has long enjoyed. She has everything she's ever wanted. Almost. Elise's private life is her one failure. So focused on building her professional life, Elise has left little time for anything else . . . including her girlfriend whose infidelity comes as a bolt out of the blue.

Jan Chase needs a new job and new surroundings—a place where no one will ask questions or judge her ability. Driving a limousine for Boston's privileged elite seems like the perfect answer. Being a chauffeur is something Jan is tailor-made for. At least until she meets Elise Grayson.

Now that their worlds have collided, it seems that neither of the two women is capable of stopping it. And who's to say that either of them really wants to?

Contains mature themes.

Great all around!

Abby Crayden rocked this performance as usual! The story was solid, well written, great development with characters, good plot and arcs and all that. Not much there for sex scenes, and not much for drama, which I was totally fine with but some people might long for more in those areas.
I stayed engaged throughout.

So so

The story is entertaining enough, however some chapters feels "dragged out" , while other feels like rushed work.
The best part would be the narrator, 5 star for Abby Craden

Good book

I enjoyed this one. Solid plot, fun characters. My only issue was how quickly it ended, it felt rushed. Abby Craden was awesome as usual. I'll definitely read more by this author.

Terrific!

This was my first book by this author but I have already purchased another. It was a beautiful story about two strong successful women who find each other quite by accident. Abby Craden was the perfect narrator for this touching story.

Wow

There are narrators that you know that if they narrate a book it has to be excellent, even if you never read anything from the author of the book and you can’t make up your mind reading the synopsis. This is one of these books, it is excellent and the narrator is abby Craden need I say more?
I loved the MC especially Jen, I loved the changes Loren went through the book. It was well written and well narrated.

Loved it!

This was a new author for me but I listened to it because I love Abby Craden’s narrating. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I adored this book! I listened to it twice in a row and that very rarely happens! Definitely recommend!

Pretty good

I liked this book, for the most part. Nice atmosphere, enjoyable characters and plot drivers. The included sexual scenes contributed to the plot, which is important to me. I had a few quibbles about how the end was put together. It wasn't a huge deal, but reduced my enjoyment a bit. That said, if you're looking for a nice light listen that is enjoyable, I can recommend it.

Abby Craden was Abby Craden. She always delivers.

A story with great potential that just nose dived

I was listening to this story, things were moving along and wham the plot just sort of fizzled. It's as though the author was uncomfortable to put into words what she really wanted to. If you want me to be invested in your plot, then walk me through those uncomfortable moments, finish it. For me it was never finished, suggested, but not finished. Most disappointed there.
The MC's are very likable. Unlike many les fic stories they both had great supportive families and that was a sweet change. Suddenly towards the end comes this big revelation .....Where the author lost me was expecting me to follow the notion that one of the said families would allow such a shallow ex girl friend to still be welcomed into their lives. Okay, this is fiction after all, I'm still going on, shaking my head but listening non the less. Surprisingly, I could see the end of the story but I was needing much more, there was no way it could all be wrapped up. Nope, I was wrong, it was vacuum packed and stamped "closed". WTF.... huh? Only thing missing was "and they lived happily ever after, the end".
I will say this, I wouldn't hesitate to use another credit on a Kenna White book, if I get another rush ending tied up in a pretty bow , then I'd be done.
Another wonderful narration by Abby Craden. Cannot recall any audio by her I did not enjoy.

A little dated

I have been wishing for Kenna White books on audio and I wish she had updated this one more before recording it. Lines like, “these new smart phones” is one thing but the overall gendered language was a little too much. Please update the basketball story before you release it.
