I find the narrator's voice annoying. Also, some tracks have very distracting noises in the background that wake me up.

Fabulous hypnosis.

Well done!

your work is just amazing

There’s only one woman I trust listening to before sleep. I've been bulimic for almost 11 years now, binging and purging 3-6 times a day. I looked up this audio so that I could stop this cycle and get to a healthy weight and WOW I cannot believe the effects just two nights of doing this have had. For 2 days now I have been binge, purge, and laxative free, and after 11 years this is a miracle. I actually feel full after a normal meal, and I don't have guilt I normally would have about eating that would trigger a binge. I no longer crave unhealthy food

Life changing

I waited about two weeks of doing this before coming up with a verdict. I've honestly seen a huge difference. I'm not overweight anymore but I've still struggled with my relationship with food. I tend to binge when upset or starve myself when I want to lose a few pounds. This helped me form healthier eating habits thus far and helps me utilize wholesome ways to lose a few pounds like exercising and making good choices rather than just not eating. This works

I've been having binge eating episodes almost everyday in quarantine, I woke up this morning and did this meditation, fall asleep half through it, then I was able to ride my static bike for 45 minutes (the best workout I've done so far) and also, I've been feeling a lot less hungry trough the day. I was also able to skip dessert. Thank you. I will stick to this meditation in the mornings.

Wow!

For anyone wondering if this actually works, my experience is that whilst this has helped. It has of course not been the sole reason why I’ve lost over 8 stone (over 100lbs) in the last year and a half or so. BUT I can confidentially say as a previous yo yo dieter with emotional eating habits (for over ten years) that this has aided my weight loss and has helped improve my eating habits!

this one was sooo impactful

I'm down 94 pounds, my husband is down 55. Hypnosis has rewritten our thinking about food, exercise and living healthy. We still love treats once a week or so, but not like before. There's control now, I've stopped thinking about food until I'm hungry.I start every night sleep with this audio recording played nightly in a loop with hypnosis for self improvement, exercise motivation, thinking positive....

Helps you choose better foods and exercises

One minute I'm listening to the calming audio and then next thing you know I wake up feeling refreshed. Don't even know when I fell asleep. I haven't felt this good in a while. Thumbs up
