Bought this book because I was so curious on this subject, having misconception of hypnosis as sometimes it has negative connotation.

Overall great book!

It had not occurred to me that hypnosis may not be used only in relation to problems but that it can also be used to develop talents that I have or sports performance.

Very nice book!

This book was a short easy listen. I'm not sure if you can be hypnotized by listening. This book is very interesting and very well written. I'm glad to have it part of my permanent library.

This book is great!!

This book gives some excellent tips rather than the typical weight loss book. From the psychology of eating to emotional eating and mindfulness, this book encompasses the whole person rather than just focusing on diet.

People don't realize that The mind is something that you have to conquer to lose weight and keep the weight off. I know this is true because I'm in my weight loss journey right now and the mind is the hardest thing to conquer.

It also has a long list of positive affirmations that you can make on a daily basis to help change your mindset and take control of any negative emotions that might be fueling overeating or unhealthy eating.
