Didn’t motivate me

I was looking for motivation to get back to eating right and exercise after getting off track during December. This did not do that.

I'll never slack off again

This book makes me feel like I could climb Mount Everest! I have never felt better about myself or my future, and it's all because of Angel Clark's voice in my head telling me what I need to do and motivating me to do it well. I know what I am capable of now, thanks to this helpful book about improving my lifestyle!

Very bad

Do not waste your money on this book .. it did absolutely nothing for me I have just wasted 10 minutes of my life
