I recommend this book

There are a lot of fitness and nutrition books on the market, with an almost uncountable number of differing theories on how to attain and maintain fitness. Two main things set this book apart from most of the rest - the information is based on actual, referenced scientific studies and the authors seem to be unbiased.

I recommend this book to anyone wanting a healthier lifestyle, whether you want to increase your muscle mass or simply live healthier. The information is clear and simple, which allows the reader to understand the topics discussed and make an individual decision.

It's a good book

It's a good book and everything you learn in it you can try right away. The program is very useful in helping me add new techniques to my routine. I was actually very surprised. Can’t wait to get started applying the principles learned in this book.

Great information when applied as directed!

Absolutely fantastic groundbreaking work. This book destroys the fitness industry and shows you the facts about health, nutrition, and muscle building.

If you have a strong background in science, this book explains the myths of the last century of bodybuilding and the new science based approach to growing muscle and multiplying your strength through nutrition and variable resistance exercises. Great information when applied as directed!

Great for novices and pro's!

This is a well executed guide. It provides basic nutritional information and standard exercises. Most can be performed using standard home gm equipment, i.e. barbells, dumbbells', weight bench, resistance bands. The exercise instructions are clear and include common mistakes and how to avoid them, tips and options and alternatives. This plan is progressive and doable. Great for novices and pro's.

Don’t assume you know what you’re doing in the gym if you don’t! This is a great book to get you started and get your exercise routine diversified. I had great results and recommend this audio book.

Definitely worth purchasing!

This is a great book, especially good for anyone who is lacking in confidence around going to the gym! It gives great advice around starting your own fitness journey at home so you can build confidence before moving into the gym. Lots of great information, help and guidance. Definitely worth purchasing.

Simply Brilliant!!

What can I say other than for the last few years I have been. Trying to get motivated into finding some kind of middle age fitness regime… nothing grabbed me like this book did. I have apps, gimmicks and subscriptions but none of them really got me in the mindset that this audio book did.

A must listen!

By far and away the best audio book on nutrition or exercise I've ever listen. It explained so many of the things I'd done wrong with weight loss and why those things I'd done made my weight loss attempts unsuccessful. Most importantly I learned and applied the principals from this book to my life and athletics and made drastic changes I'd never been able to successfully do before. This book is literally a life changer. A must listen.

This is the book that I was needing

This was actually a very interesting listen

This was actually a very interesting listen. since I have a lot of health problems, high impact workouts are not for me. This book gave a lot of insight into a different, low impact workout lifestyle.
