Publisher's Summary

Why can’t you attract and keep a quality man? It’s because you don’t know how they really think. But this groundbreaking new book changes all that.... The fact is, you can attract a man. It doesn’t matter if you are tall, short, fat or skinny. It doesn’t matter what color your skin is. It doesn’t matter whether you are filthy rich or flat broke. You can get a man. But the problem is, will he be the honorable, virtuous, and committed guy that you really deserve? I’m betting not.

What Men Wish You Knew is packed with 40 uncommon and powerful insights from a male perspective that will help you secure the quality man you deserve. It is a rare and revealing look inside the male mind when it comes to dating and relationships.

Now I want to be upfront with you. This book isn’t always going to be polite. It isn’t going to spare your feelings. It isn’t here to coddle you. This book is here to speak the truth to women who are truly fed up with all of the frankly useless advice out there that is getting them nowhere. It’s an insider’s guide to what men really think about women and how you can use this hidden knowledge to your advantage to win a great guy.

You will discover:

  • How to stand out from the crowd and command his attention
  • How the male mind differentiates between women for a casual fling or lasting love
  • The personality trait men consider a massive red flag - never do this
  • A unique form of confidence (not arrogance) that will act like a magnet
  • A common conversation topic you must avoid for a long-term relationship
  • Why you should never become his "pal" (full revealing explanation inside)
  • The number one thing genuine guys are looking for from you
  • The behavior you are exhibiting that’s an instant turn-off to quality men
  • What committed men really think about looks, beauty, and body image (it’s not what you think)
  • Why he unexpectedly lashes out or zones out on you
  • How to act on the first few dates to have him hooked
  • The trait that makes you irresistable to good men - and repels losers and time-wasters
  • Why men need the chase to retain interest in you - and how you can prolong it
  • What he wants in the bedroom - but refuses to tell you

These are just some of the rare insights you will gain that will turn your dating life around. You will not find this information anywhere else.

I’ll make a deal with you. I promise not to spew any of that generic, fluffy dating advice that simply doesn’t work and give you the straight-up facts that will help you land the guy of your dreams. But in return, you have to leave all of your fixed notions and baggage at the door and be open to a new way of thinking. Let’s just agree that from now on we are entering no-bullsh*t zone. Agreed?

Depends on who you are

As a woman who is friends with a ton of men, and in my free time listen to books for woman on this subject of men this was by far one of the worse books. This is nothing that I didn’t already know. I was hoping with the introduction of it saying getting down to business and might hurt some feelings I would hear “what men wish you knew”
If you are a confident woman, and know how to attract men, SKIP THIS BOOK. I would of rather read anything other than this book.

However if you haven’t spent hours on books of this subject matter, it’s a quick and easy wake up call for some woman.

Good reminders

For an experienced woman this book is filled with good reminders on how to treat a man and of the things that turn men off. I am not in my 20s or 30s and I have been around long enough to know most of these tips. If one is young or inexperienced the tips are invaluable. The book is a great reminder to use good common sense.

Dull and outdated

The speakers voice is stilted and uninteresting but what even more disturbing is how off putting the advice is. There is nothing scientific or evidential about this trite book.

Book is not for strong woman

I was ok with this book until chapter 34 when authors rule was “ Do shut up once in a while”

Not the best narrator but super useful information

I am in my mid-50s and I wish I had known some of this in my early 20s. Yes some of it is common sense that women don’t want to hear but the rest is brutally honest truth that needs to be heard, and goes into great explanation. It is not a simple dismissive of well this is the way men are… Rather it goes in a bit to do science and biology of why men are the way they are.

If you take away only one thing from this book it should be this: just because your guy looks at another woman doesn’t mean he doesn’t like you and nothing… Nothing is sexier than confidence!

Wow

Very informative. They seem simple enough but you also have to know if they were raised in a single parent home. And find out how that affected them.

A great perspective

The Author was right, some of the knowledge he shared can be tough to hear, but I did take some great perspective on what the Author shared; I have some new insight on myself more than my relationship, so I did get some great tips and advice.

A good read

If you have finally met Mr Right and really want to strengthen your relationship with him - do yourself a favour and read this book.

A thoughtful read which will have you thinking about how much you really want this guy to stick around.

Some hard truths, told in a matter of fact way, I appreciated the honesty.

Useful. Good tips. Very into Britain culture

I like the way it is straight to the point. Found the tips very useful and made me see some mistakes I have made in past relationships. I also think some rules are very much related to the Britain man, but still a lot of them would potentially be applicable to any other nationality.

Not worth the time it took to listen to

I didn't get much out of this book. From the description, I expected to learn something, but I just found myself getting annoyed - so many of the behaviours described as typical male traits, I see in myself, whereas I don't exhibit the typical female behaviours as described by the book. A lot of this comes down to socialisation (how men and women are raised to behave around each other), but the book makes out it is psychological (fundamental differences in male/female thinking).
