Not sure what to do next?

Sometimes the big and small decisions in life seem overwhelming. How do you know what choices to make about your career, kids, and relationships? Even when you make good decisions, how do you avoid temptation along the way?

In What to Do When You Don't Know What to Do, renowned Bible teacher Dr. David Jeremiah walks you through the book of James to glean God's wisdom on issues such as finances, faith, and decision making. What does it look like to consider God in all of your plans, depend on God rather than wealth, and put prayer above your personal efforts? It looks, as James discovered, like living a life of great joy.

Biblically centered help

David Jeremiah does it again with this biblically centered help book. He encourages strength and peace through prayer and seeking God. I have totally enjoyed a whole series of books from him that help me to immerse myself in the Word in the midst of this fallen world.

Verse by Verse through James

As usual, Dr Jeremiah teaches God's word step by step. This method of delivery is the best way to learn the entire context for any scripture.

Awesome! Insightful

Loved this book - very scripturally & historically based with examples from modern day to drive the lessons home. I learned a lot from each chapter, especially since we used this book for our weekly women's Bible study. Although a good interesting book for men & women.

Nothing to do with title

I usually don’t like to quit books before the end but I simply couldn’t continue with this one. I picked up this book based on its title but it’s storyline has absolutely nothing to do with it. The book touches on many subjects none of which has to do with “what to do when you don’t know what to do”. The cherry on top for me that made me quit the book before it’s end was when the author started bashing on the views of psychologists and therapy per se. Being a therapist I couldn’t agree with his views, despite also being Christian.
If you’re lost and looking for “what to do when you don’t know what to do” I would say this book is not necessarily for you.

Wow! Loved it!

Educational, convicting and restorative! So far after hearing this book, agents of the apocalypse and agents of Babylon, I can’t wait to hear AD!

Excellent Audio

Oh really enjoy listening and learning from Dr Jeremiah. I learn so much he's very easy to understand and able to grasp hold on the teaching of the Bible. I guess today listening to this whole audio I needed to hear, learn and hopefully do what the book of James tells me.

Another great book by David Jeremiah . I enjoyed it greatly and the narrator made the subject come alive. listening to him read the words. Was almost like listening to David Jeremiah read his book.
