This was a great listen.

This was a great listen. Solid ideas and methods on how to get yourself to where you want to go but with patience, planning, and tracking. Not one of those “fix your life today” kinds of books, but a much more honest “it only works if you do the work” type of thing. I found it very refreshing and easy to listen to and absorb.

I am gifting them as we speak.

I like that you narrated it yourself. I also like your honesty when describing taking your own advice. While I consider myself a strong habit-driven person myself, this book bridges the gap for those who seemingly are not habit-driven. Again, excellent job on the book, I am gifting them as we speak.
