This is great!

My parents’ wellness routine could use some… help! 😆 Strength training, of course, but also stamina. After all, they have grandkids to run around with! I listened to this with my mom and she heard a ton of things that actually resonated. Short workouts, check. Core workouts, check. Aerobic training, even that’s in there!

Smart book!

I have been listening to this with my dad, and I think it's really smart. A lot of things change in your body as you age, and you have to adapt. The author is clearly an expert, and everything is communicated in a really easy-to-understand way. Great narrator too.

Excellent workout options for us seniors

This audiobook is so helpful not only for seniors but also for people with busy lives. I have found it great to keep yourself active daily since using the exercise provided here is easy. I applied with my parents, and I can see them more energetic and less complaining about their health problems, which means this is working amazingly.

Perfect for weak knees

I was gifted this audio book recently. My knees have been an issue for years and finding the right exercise routine to both challenge me and be easy enough on my knees were always a concern. This book gave me some great ideas on the right exercises to do. I especially liked the sections about nutrition because I need to be more cognizant about my health.

Well structured audible

The audible is well structured, taking you from the start through all the main body parts and to its conclusion. It covers every area of the body and as a personal trainer, I was looking for further information regarding seniors workouts and found this to be incredibly informative and practical. I have used the workouts with my own clients and would recommend to seniors looking for an all rounded audible to learn about getting strong, mobile and help with join pain.
