Publisher's Summary

Mistaken identity, drunk texts, and hysterical mishaps...just another day in my life.

Girls all over the world spill the tea to me about their most intimate questions.

They thank me for talking about sex with them.

For fixing their love lives.

I wonder if I’d still be a relationship influencer if they knew what a train wreck my own love life is?

If I was writing anyone else advice, it would say things like:

Never drunk-text your ex-boyfriend.

No, seriously, that’s a terrible idea.

But if you insist, maybe double-check the number first.

Oops.

But I guess I give good...text, because the stranger I messaged wrote back.

And I responded.

He doesn’t have to put up with my colorful personality - as my hot next-door neighbor describes me. Or my messy schedule.

This relationship is as seemingly perfect as my online persona.

Until we agree to meet up.

When he meets the real me, will he hate me forever?

Or will we be one day telling our grandkids about that wrong text, right love?

USA Today best-selling author Claudia Burgoa brings the flirty fun in this cozy stand-alone rom-com about secret lovers risking it all for romance.

Fun, Emotional and Steamy Romance!

I absolutely loved this unique, refreshing, and hilarious rom-com! This slow-burn romance is the perfect blend of fun and witty banter, intriguing story-line, engaging characters, and hot sexual tension that leaps right off the page. When a quirky, chatty, media influencer, along with her nosy cat, moves into an exclusive apartment to produce her podcast and write her book, her sexy neighbor is not happy. He is a grumpy recluse who craves silence. He is irritated by her noisiness, but becomes intrigued by her sexy podcast topics, and barges in on the discussions. They are total opposites, but Grumpy neighbor likes that she challenges him, and she likes his perspective on her life choices. They are so hilarious as they give each other the business, all the while enjoying being themselves without apologies. One night she drunk texts a wrong number but ends up enjoying the banter with this intriguing, anonymous stranger. Their daily text messages have allowed them to form a bond that no one else has with them, well, except her Grumpy, sexy neighbor. Her relationship with her new found virtual friend w/out benefits is intoxicating, captivating, and confusing. If you think you've read this story before, trust me, you haven't.
I absolutely loved this wonderful multi cast narration! These amazing voice actors, Jason Clarke, Brooke Bloomingdale, Aaron Shedlock, Pippa Jayne, Teddy Hamilton, and Virginia Rose, nailed their characters, making us feel all of their different emotions and brought them to life so beautifully. Their voices blended flawlessly, and their chemistry was palpable, making great aural magic.
This is a wonderfully refreshing, witty, steamy story that will have you laughing out loud and will capture your heart. I fell hard for these characters and so will you, I promise!

It’s a good one when…

You know it’s a good book when you forgo much needed sleep to finish it. All the narrators performance as Percy, Ford and all the secondary characters were amazing. Claudia Burgoa’s words brought to life never fails to amaze me. I laughed out loud and even got choked up a couple of times. Overall, this is a great audio to get lost in!

Amazing!

I could not stop laughing I think. The hilarious texts and banter between Persy and Ford just about did me in from the first interaction. They couldn't be more opposite but that's what makes them work.

It's not just them that make the story but also all the other characters; their families, friends, etc.

This is fun, flirty, sweet, funny, and sexy and the cast of narrators just brought this to a whole new level. I practically could not stop listening!

Outstanding story and narration

Having read this book a while ago I was excited how it played out in audio. With a cast that includes narration by Aaron Shedlock , Brooke Bloomingdale , Jason Clarke , Pippa Jayne , Teddy Halmilton and, Virginia Rose I couldn’t wait to listen and I was not disappointed.

This is one of my favourite books from Claudia Burgoa, it ticked all the boxes for me with characters who you cannot help but fall for and I was totally invested from the first to the last word in Percy and Chad’s story.

This is a feel good story that had me smiling and laughing throughout and I was sad when it ended. Not only did I fall for Percy and Chad but the secondary characters were highly entertaining and brought an additional layer to the story.

Can opposite’s truly attract? Percy is outgoing and quirky, whilst Chad is a man who loves to keep to himself. This slow burn romance was entertaining, the only question is will they both take a leap of faith and in doing so find their forever love?

The performances by all the narrators were spot on and I loved hoe they played off one another. This was already one of my favourite books but the narration brought this to life for me.

Fun story and Listen

Great cast of characters in this funny story. It had a unusual story line which kept my interest. H/h both had trust issues so they held back who they really were and though unconventional means found their way to each other. Enjoyable listen with great narration. I recommend this listen.
UPDATE-I stand by the above review for this book but I have to add that I would not recommend the next two book in this series. The last book in the series is so slow, it could have been half the time. So much repeated dialog and not as funny. Lots of family sadness and angst. Plus the narration was not as good.

Fabulous Story & Listen🎧 Delightfully Entertaining

This is an amazing romantic comedy, and I loved everything about it, from Claudia Burgoa’s wonderful writing style to the characters and storylines she created to the perfectly cast narrators who bring it all to life from the pages to your ears. I also loved the originality of the story and the unique way it was told, alternating chapters in his and her points of view, her being Persephone “Persy” Brassard and him being Chad, her grumpy neighbor who does not want her there. Persy is a social influencer and vlogger who has her own podcast, her specialty is giving advice and talking about sex. Her agent hooked her up, and she cut a deal to write a book, but it was not a cut and dry deal, she needed to not only write about dating but to write about her experience on the dates she goes on. At least her deadline is over a year away. She moves into a new apartment in a great building, the only downside was her unwelcoming neighbor. Chad is antisocial, anti relationship and, well, anti-everything really, he has his reasons and we see what they are as his story unfolds. Persy does not let Chad get under her skin, she gives as good as she gets, Chad has truly met his match in her. But as time goes on, he acclimates and gets used to her behavior and routines. In the meantime Persy texts the wrong number and she has a new cyber friend, one she can easily talk with and share her thoughts with. I loved how everything played out in this wonderfully plotted story, it has the perfect balance of drama, humor, heartfelt emotions, a touch of angst, and a slow burn romance. The story is captivating from start to end and the banter and witty banter is absolutely brilliant. Claudia Burgoa, thank you for another amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing lineup of talent, these narrators knocked this audio out of the park. Brooke Bloomingdale and Jason Clarke covered the roles of the two lead characters, Persy and Chad. Virginia Rose, Aaron Shedlock, Teddy Hamilton, Pippa Jayne, Virginia Rose and Austenne Gray jumped in, covering the roles of the secondary and support characters. They are all fabulous at what they do and I love how they take each role, run with it and make it their own and do so with a complete understanding of the characters they are portraying. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and it is always a pleasure to listen to their performances. Thank you for another amazing listen.

Fabulous rom com

This book is so fabulous, fun, engaging and entertaining.

This slow burn, hidden identity (both leads) will have you laughing out loud and going on a slow burn adventure!

Persy is a quirky, upbeat blogger is tends to be high energy and positive. She happens to live next door to a grumpy dude.

Ford is a grumpy, billionaire and a bit of a recluse. He doesn’t want people to know who he is or where he is. He is anti-relationship and a bit of a bully (he does redeem himself).

An accidental text brings two people together who share personal information freely…more freely than they would share with others. It is a really sweet, funny and emotional story.

Brooke Bloomingdale and Jason Clarke do a fabulous job with the narration. The drama, emotion, humor and personality they bring to the characters is fantastic!

Full of charm and wit

Claudia Burgoa has written some terrific characters, but the many colorful characters in Wrong Text, Right Love take the prize. This one is packed full of great characters and a couple you can't help but love. The romance is a very slow burn, but it's really more about the journey. And what a journey it is. Ford and Persy are hilarious whether they're squaring off and trading barbs or finding a truce they can both live with or realizing that they might have something more.
Then you have Persy's completely crazy family, not that she's the stable one either, plus the text messages going back and forth between - well, between everyone. There is a flirtation via text, but there's also a lot of texting and emailing back and forth between everyone, and all of it just adds to the charm of this book. And make no mistake, this is one completely charming story that's a wonderful mix of enemies to friends to lovers, secret lovers, and even a bit of forced proximity.
In a world that's gone crazy, we could all use a bit of laughter, and this RomCom is chock full of laughs and fun, and a romance you just can't help but root for.
I absolutely loved this book when I read it. Then narrators Brooke Bloomingdale, Jason Clarke, Aaron Shedlock, Teddy Hamilton, Virginia Rose, Pippa Jayne, and Austenne Grey took it a step further and hit it out of the park. The narration is spot on, from the witty banter to the embarrassing family moments to the feels. There are some voices I'm familiar with and some that were new to me, but they all have one thing in common. The narration is excellently done.
This was already one of my favorite books, now it's one of my favorite listens too.

Heartfelt, Romcom!

Wrong Text, Right Love by Claudia Burgoa was a heartfelt, romcom with a case of mistaken identity that I absolutely loved! This is book 1 in her Against All Odds series, and I'm excited for many more books in this series. This romance follows Persephone and Ford have quite the unconventional journey to find their HEA, but when they get there it is totally worth the wait!

This is audiobook is narrated by Jason Clarke and Brooke Bloomingdale with Aaron Shedlock, Virginia Rose, Teddy Hamilton, Pippa Jayne, and Austenne Grey. Jason and Brooke do a fantastic job narrating their characters. I loved their witty text banter exchanges! Plus, the way Jason portrays broody charismatic Ford is swoony! Brooke does a great job performing Persephone's flaws and her inhibitions. I love the slow-burn chemistry between this couple!

Overall, I enjoyed this audiobook, and I'm looking forward to more from Claudia Burgoa!
