Publisher's Summary

In Silver Springs, everyone knows your name...and your business. I’m Zoe Wynter, the best magical maid in town, and rumor has it I’m about to go to jail.

I didn’t rob the little shops I’ve been hired to clean. But in a town filled with quirky residents who shift mid-conversation and cast wonky spells, finding the real burglar won’t be easy.

Luckily, a pair of magical silver skates send me a little help:

  • Xavi, a sweet, protective journalist who shifts into a block of ice but is oh so hot.
  • Leith, a famous hockey player who shifts into everyone he meets...and really knows how to use his stick.
  • And Ghost, a powerful mage detective who's already broken my heart once.

Three tempting men. My fated mates. I can tell they want me as much as I want them. They should be helping me clear my name, but they reject me, one by one. All I’ve got left is the paranormal town I call my home and the job I’ve worked so hard to get, but am I about to lose that, too?

Wynter is a stand-alone in the Silver Springs universe and comes complete with a happily ever after. Listen to this quirky paranormal romance today.

Hilarious!

I won't lie. At first, I couldn't grasp the story. I had to start over three times. I think this was my fault really. I was kind of tired when I intended to start the book originally. Once I got into the book, I was so happy with it! It was hilarious and insanely crazy. In a good way of course. There were a few things in the book that wasn't really my thing, but that's just me personally. I also thought that Wynter could be a little too..... much about certain things. Maybe dramatic. I'm not sure how to explain it. Either way, I really enjoyed the read!

Naughty, Naughty Fun in Silver Springs!

Brace yourself, all is not as it seems in Silver Springs. Ice blocks that can melt your heart, a hockey player with one heck of a .. stick, a detective that plays with magic when he’s not busy breaking Zoe’s heart… and Zoe, sassy, sassy, sweet Zoe, framed for crime she did not commit! Grab your headphones, a nice tall pitcher of something liberally spiked, some snacks, and get ready for a panty melting ride with the wacky gang that inhabits Silver Springs. You will laugh until your sides hurt as you listen to this delightfully written and fantastically narrated reverse harem series opener. I positively cannot wait for the next installment! Five fantastic stars!

So Sweet and Sexy

I adored Wynter and her mates Xavi the ice block shifter and reporter Leif the Hockey player and Chameleon Shifter and Ghost the her ex from the academy who can use the air to do what ever he likes. This probably has to be one of my favorites in this world and Aria was an amazing narrator

Maids & Mysteries

Wynter is a standalone paranormal reverse harem in the Silver Skates series, set in the small town of Silver Springs which is filled with supernaturals as they go about finding their mates with supernatural hijinks and drama abound.

Zoelle "Zoey" Wynter is a magical maid and she loves her job. Cleaning magical messes using her powers and brightening someone's day is all that Zoe needs in her life. Then a few robberies occur and her cleaning service is connected to all of them might put an end to Zoe's dream job, then just when things couldn't get any more hectic Zoe's mates make themselves known. Which would be a good thing if when it comes to love Zoe wasn't such a basket case. The woman who is normally confident, kind, and smart turns into an anxious worrier who doesn't see things clearly thanks to past experiences with an ex who broke her heart.

As for the mates minus a few misunderstandings they seem perfect for Zoey, I like each and every one of them. Plus the steam and connections between them and Zoey were good. However, I do believe two of the guys could have handled certain situations better than they had but if they did then there wouldn't be a story.

The magic was cutesy and seemed very causal, part of everyday life and I liked that. People shifting all the time, magical Skates, wonky powers, mood shifting teas and so much more, it was great. The mystery behind the robberies was a nice background story for the reverse harem, a whodunit that blended into the story well.

I don't have any history with comedies really and while I wish I could say the story was funny but I couldn't really get into it like that. The story wasn't really funny and Zoey got on my nerves at times with some questionable actions. Plus I listened to the audio version and I full-heartedly believe that certain books can be both physical reads and audio while other books are just audio or just physical. Meaning the story either is better as a told version or it's best read and I think Wynter is best read.

This won't be the last Silver Skates book I read I do believe I have another to try out. I will be reading that one and at some point later own I'm gonna physically read Wynter to see if I like it better. I'm interested in what Mia Harlan has written and will give another one of her books a try.

A Paranormal RH Romantic Comedy!

This was my first Mia Harlan's book. This is the first book in the Silver Skates Series, a Paranormal RH Romantic Comedy. Zoe and her mates, Xavi, Ghost, and Leith, are interesting characters. The characters are well developed, and the storyline is interesting, funny, steamy, and entertaining. Some scenes are hilarious! I liked the humor in this story, and I liked to have multiple POVs. Aria Holland did a great job with the narration. I enjoyed it. #AudiobookObsession

Beware the magic 😂

The third season of Silver Springs kicks off with Wynter. Zoey Wynter is a witch who enjoys being a magical maid in her new hometown. She enjoys using her magic and doing good, honest work. When a rash of thefts involving clients of the Cleanly Den start to hit town, Zoey knows she’s gotta act before business goes bust.

Thanks to some of Julian’s lovely attempts at magic, Zoey finds herself with mates, something she never thought would happen. When one of these mates turns out to be THE ex that broke her heart, Zoey may not be so ok with that.

Reading this romantic comedy was a lot of fun. Hearing the characters come to life made it so much better!! Aria Holland was the right voice for Zoey and did a wonderful job bringing this story to life!

A fun supernatural reverse harem story

Wynter by Mia Harlan is a fun supernatural reverse harem story about how Zoey Wynter, a witch, learns who her mates are after putting on a spelled pair of ice skates. During this time she is also trying to solve a crime spree that seems to link back to herself and her boss.

The narrator did a great job with the different characters throughout the story and conveying emotion throughout.

Crazy fun!

This is my second read of this book and I love how funny and quirky it is! The effortless magic and easy acceptance of oddities in Silver Springs makes for a perfect backdrop to the ups and down romance of a witch, an ice block shifter, a chameleon shifter and an elemental witch. Funny, quirky and with a little mystery thrown in, and this is the perfect nugget of entertainment and it makes me want to dig into more of the Silver Springs world. Perfectly narrated by Aria Holland. ❤️

Wynter And Her Mates!

Zoe is a witch who has found her calling working for a cleaning company however some suspicious thefts at the companies where she is sent to work have made her the prime suspect.

If that isn’t enough complications, she finds out that she has three mates which include Leith, a chameleon hockey playing shifter, Xavi the uncertain ice block shifter who is tasked with writing a story about her involvement in the thefts, and Ghost, a ghost mage who was her first love who also broke her heart.

Zoe and her mates take us on a fun journey as they find love and solve the mysterious thefts along the way. Not only are these characters intriguing but there is a great cast of secondary characters that add to the story. I listened to an audio copy of the book and enjoyed the performance of Mia as she brought out the personalities of not only Zoe but the other characters as well. 🎧Audiobook Obsession

Start to new season of Silver Springs

This is such an amazing shared universe. This is about enchanted iceskates and the first leading lady is Wynter. Zoe Wynter is finally getting her own story and it was worth the wait I can tell you. Mia does a great job blending caracters from the previous stories and I love that there is a guy who is in therapy who is an ice block shifter. This book evolves around a skating rink and the iceskates. I love Silver Springs and am happy to read this new series. I can highly recommend this first one because Mia tells excellent stories. I love the voice of Aria and she's done a great job on making this story come to life.

Such a fun book 💕

First things first Aria Hollands voice  to me completely matches this story and character, her voice really did grow on me and i ended up loving her 💕
I absolutely adore Zoe, she is such a funny, witty and takes no nonsense kind of FMC which i love.
Throw in Ghost, Leith and my favourite of her men Xavi, some spelled skates with a mystery case just makes for a great book. I thought Mia's take on different shifters was hilarious (ice block 😆).
This book was so good i cannot wait to read the rest of this series.

Super funny!!!

wonky magic, magical fights, lost love and a mystery that has all of silver spring guessing. super funny with guest appearances of Julian and Amber who just make you laugh especially when Julian blows things up. finally getting to meet zoe at a job she loves more than anything and wow when we meet Ghost for the first time you know there's more to the story and I just loved the heated chemistry between them and poor Xavi who keeps shifting into a block of ice when he's nervous but I found I loved her guys all equally and I think Aria Holland did a really great job bringing the story to live.
