Great book for meditation

For the past week, I've been listening to this book. To be honest, it is one of the best books on the subject that I have ever read. I was quite busy and didn't get enough deep sleep because of that. This book has taken the stress out of everyday life and made me feel lot better.

Great for beginners

This book is the ultimate resource for anyone and perfect for beginner. I never practiced yoga nidra before picking up this book and I found this book incredibly helpful starting place and resource. The bedtime and morning rituals are very accessible practices for beginners. The chants/mantra suggested makes this book an amazing value and helped me to understand the concepts Elena presents in each chapter. I'm very grateful for this book and this practice in my life

This is The Book for yoga

I love yoga! Even if you are a beginner or not this is the perfect yoga book you need. It comes with 3 bonuses that you can get and I love how each chapter is dedicated to a different yoga focus. So you can listen and do it daily for 5 days and each time is a new thing. Highly recommended!

excellent distressing book

I have been listening to this book for over a week now. I must be honest it is truly one of the best book that I have had on the subject thus far. I am extremely busy and wasn't getting enough deep sleep. This book has taken the tension out of day to day things and feeling much h. enter for it.

So Calming & Relaxing

From the book cover to the narrator's soothing voice and the guided meditations, you can't help but feel and be relaxed. I love that each chapter is short enough that I could do during a lunch break during my work day. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a way to relax.

Very Zen!

I have very little time for myself so listening to this for 30mins a day is perfect for me. I have problems switching off before bed so that is when I do meditation. I really like all of the different sounds. I would never get bored of listening to this book.

Restoring your inner peace

This book came at the right time in my life. Lately, I've been under a bit of stress from work and this book helps me wind down before going to sleep. Each guided meditation range from 15 minutes to 50 minutes. Depending on how stress I am, I choose the guided meditation that fits me. I find this yoga meditation quite relaxing and beneficial in restoring my peaceful state. Would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Accessible meditation

I tried, but couldn’t keep up with the schedule at my local yoga studio – there is only one, that I know of. They have inversions workshops and regularly-scheduled yoga classes, but I found it hard to create some time to attend a yoga nidra class or workshop. I’m glad I found this book because now I can work with my own schedule.

Very relaxing book

My experience of listening to this audiobook was excellent. Relaxing and enjoyable, the narrator and author have done a great job at ensuring the listener remains relaxed throughout the book. Besides yoga benefits, this book may also interest you if you are looking for a book about other health benefits associated with yoga. Worth listening to this book. I highly recommend it.

Very relaxing

I had a break from work and decided to listen to these meditations. I actually fell asleep and I would try to wake up and couldn’t and had to take a break so as to wake up. I am always busy doing something and I was surprised by how relaxed I got.

Relaxing book

This book is relaxing. The author and narrator has done an excellent job in keeping anyone relaxed. Listening to this audiobook has helped me to relax and participate in an activity I'm not accustomed to doing. But because of the calm given by this book, anyone can easily do yoga like I did.

Very peaceful!

Calming, grounding, helped me against insomnia

This audiobook was recommended to me by a close friend and I can only say that it has worked magic on me.. Recently I have been overloaded with work and quite stressed, so listening to this before going to bed has helped me fall asleep straight away and sleep deeply without waking up.

Wonderful Audiobook to Destress
